This video is a year in the making! We started exploring this last Christmas but didn’t quite hit the mark. With a new holiday season, we thought we would give it a go and try again. It took a lot of experimenting (we had to eat all of the failures!).
The result is just the right consistency we were looking for in a Cognac filling. Of course, you could duplicate this for your liquor of choice. Here’s the video – our very first release on Youtube (and you thought we would be showing you cows and crops?).
